CWSA is now accepting registrations for its Spring 2012 Season.  The season will begin around March 4, 2012.   Registrations are accepted after the season begins if space permits.

We accept registrations from individuals and teams.  If you are registering a team, please contact Sara Harvie prior to sending in your registration information so that she can coordinate getting your team registered and scheduled.  Each member of your team must fill out a registration form and pay as an individual.

Returning Players - Open Division:  Please be sure to note team for which you play.  Any questions, please contact your team representative.  Please download a Returning player form on the right side of this page.

Registration in by Feb 13, 2012, you only need to pay $60 to register.  Registrations post-marked after Feb 13, 2012, will not be eligible for this early registration discount.  Please complete and return the form below along with your check for $60 made payable to CWSA by Feb 13, 2012.
 
Fee for registration after Feb 13 is $65.  Feb 27, 2012 is the FINAL day of registration  If you play on a second team, you must designate your primary team.

Your second team fee is $35.

CWSA Open Division Note:  Please note that if you register after Feb 13, you are not guaranteed a spot back on your original team roster.  If you miss the deadline, you may be placed back into the draft which is held prior to the beginning of the season.  If you are unable to play this season, but wish to return within the next 2 seasons, please let your team rep know to add you to your team's reserve list.  If you wish to change teams, please note on your form that you would like to be added to this season's draft process.
